Couples of all types come to us for bonding and to share a incredible

Husband, Wife, Girlfriend, Boyfriend, Sister, Brother, Roommate, Son, Daughter,
Mom, Dad, Aunt, Uncle, Neighbor, Best friend, Significant other, older children
are also welcome to join us.
You are never to young and especially not too old to learn how to take care of
your body. This is a safe, fun and easy class.
You don't need a partner to benefit from this class. come and learn some self
stretching.
I am facilitating a stretching class. This is a class that will teach you how to
work with a partner and learn safe, comfortable, easy, passive stretching moves
on each other. This class will be safe for everyone, regardless of any physical
limitations. We will learn to hold, support and move each other with safe easy
to do at home movements.
In this class we will learn how the different body zones can hold emotional
energy. The body is a sacred temple of energy, this is important to know with
any kind of body work, as we learn about ourselves and others around us, we can
really make a difference in the final outcome of working as partners, deepening
the healing process. As we heal others we heal our selves. And like the ripple
affect the better we feel, the better others feel around us, spreading the love
and healing with unlimited expansion starting first with the center of your own
soul.
Classes will be approx 90 Minutes each.
Please bring a mat to lay on
4 Large towels
Wear Comfortable clothes to be stretched in.
A bottle of water and your partner of course.
Cost is $20 per couple $10 Each
